Sweet (Blockade Performance)

This marks a personal best, so I have to show it off a bit, at the risk of showboating it.

For those of you who may wonder how I got there:
1. four blockade squads each in Atlantic and Gulf boxes
2. Brownwater blockade of Charleston, Savannah, and Mobile
3. Capture of New Orleans and Jacksonville, FL
