National Morale & Destroyed Units

Sun Mar 13, 2011 8:00 am

I'm wondering if someone could shed some light on this. When units are destroyed during a battle, there is a corresponding drop in national morale. However if the units aren't destroyed on the battle report, but there is an item on the log that the unit was pursued and destroyed, that doesn't seem to cause a drop in morale. Is that right and is that WAD?

It might be an engine limitation to add NM affects for pursued units. Pursued destruction is farily rare though. Out of all the games I've played I've only seen it a few times, though sometimes it can happen en masse. This is kinda the same problem with not getting/losing NM for units starving.
