If you beef up a corp with locked units will it be prevented from Marching to the Sound of the Guns?

I think so.
Try moving a corps that contains locked units. You can't.

If you were anyone else I would tell you to F Off, but I know your just doing it as a joke and since I am enjoying our PBM game I don't want to piss you off too bad.
You spying on me again trying to get a clue for that next turn huh?

Moniker's answer is probably right on the money. But it's an interesting question. I think they won't be able to MTSG, since they would require an infinite number of days to arrive. They ain't marching anywhere.
I could try and test it, but I gave up gaming for Lent.

Spying in a public forum?
You won't piss me off easily, even waiting 3 days for you to finish your turn doesn't do it.
BTW, Gen McClellen called. He says if you don't want to use your AACW game he would like to borrow it for a time.

moni kerr is feeding you bologna. He was working all weekend is why the turn took so long. Although I must admit that particular turn was a tough one.
It resulted in a massive battle in the region just East of Manassas. We both had close to 60k troops per side. Losses were near equal. We both took 15k casualties, but I won and got +1 NM, or should I say Lee won. It was a hard decision for me to make that attack.
The next two turns should prove interesting. I already made him turn tail and run from his attack at Bowling Green.
Seems the game has turned into a railroad track sabotage game at this point.

I don't believe it will. As Cromagnonman states, it would take an infinate amount of time to move from 1 region to another. And, as MTSG is based on how long it would take to move, the % is almost nil.
I have done some testing in an ongoing game, and it did not appear that the "locked" corps was able to MTSG. But I can't be 100% certain that the reason was the locked unit (it could be that the unit just failed the roll as well), or the corps never engaged in the fight (my Army defeated the enemy before the corps could engage). Or something else.
