Invisibile Army....??!

Sat Aug 28, 2010 4:28 pm

Ok... I'm getting a little frustrated. I've been playing the Shiloh scenario a couple of times now as the Union, and on a number of occasions I've seen A.S. Johnston move his entire army through a region held by a sizeable union force (division, corps, or greater). The unit does not stop the force, but allows it to move right into my rear area and cut my supply lines. I routinely check my stance's to ensure they're not in passive mode. Any advice?

Hi WriterJWA! :)

Maybe, A.S. Johnston has moved by river and thus he has appeared behind your forces. Are the rivers blocked?

Smaller units can sometimes get through if they have avoid combat checked. Larger units would need to go around. Look at your replay (the button up near the end turn button). That should tell you how he got around your forces.
