General's Attributes

Mon Aug 16, 2010 10:43 am

Hi,

I've noticed that some of my generals are receiving improvements on their Strat/Off/Def ratings.

How does this work - I'm assuming it's to do with winning battles..... :-)

Do all three change? Is there a seperate roll for each one at the time of the battle?

Can the ratings fall at all?

Thanks,

Morpheus

May I refer you to my valuable (IMHO) primer on experience.

Specifically look at post 2.

Hi all!

It's very interesting, Jim :w00t: . I'll take a look this afternoon.

Thank you very much! ;)

Hi!

Jim, I think also applies to cavalry units. I say this because I have a cavalry unit with 5 star experience and has increased its rate of fire a point. ;)

AFAIK, the rule is same as in WIA:

Always ask yourself: "Am I part of the Solution?" If you aren't, then you are part of the Problem!

Thanks Ethan,

I did not do any experiments/tests with Calvary. I did not mod my units, they got their experience during the course of a game (played all the way to the end).

I only tested 2 artillery types (I assume that all others would be similar).
