Bombard passing fleet

I'm getting the bombard passing fleets button option for my land forces even on non-navigable minor rivers! Strange. :wacko:

I get it with forces that are nowhere near any water. It just comes, regardless of water. Entrenchment is the only factor.

Sounds like a game glitch... but as long no fleet passes by it shouldn'thave any effect.
I i don't think a fleet will pass if there is no river or sea region arodun ;)
