On the map counters, there is a picture of a leader over a base that has nine boxes. What do those boxes represent? Can't find an answer in the rules.

I wasn't aware that Alaska was a State and fighting for the South. Although, I am sure that the South would have welcomed it.

Shouldn't it be "3rd AR "The Hempsted Rifles".

This is explained somewhere on the forum, I just can't remember where, so I may not have this exactly right...

The little lighted dots give you a clue regarding the size and condition of the force. The more dots that are lit up, the bigger the force. Green dots indicate forces ready and able to fight, yellow dots indicate low cohesion.

I especially pay attention to this after a successful battle, to see if it's a good idea to try a follow-up. If my force has low cohesion I might be reluctant to pursue the enemy. But if they are showing much worse cohesion, with few or no green dots, I'll risk it.

Actually...I meant Red dots are bad.
