I would like to start a PBEM game. I can host if necessary, but am flexible.

I prefer to play Union. I live in Central time zone of U.S. and can usually make 2 turns a day (sometimes more on the weekends).

Yes I will give you a run for your money if you want.
Don't know about 2 turns a day but I will try I usually manage a turn a day.

So far I have managed to lose 4 PBEM in a row so I am giving my usual partner some breathing space.

I don't care who I play.
