Error at West Campaign (24 turns)

I never played any little campaign, only played Great Campaign and at it all the logistic is common for all the fronts (rail, river and oceanic transport).

Well, I now am playing with USA the West Campaign and there is a message saying to me that the Fort Picken garrison is unsupplied. Right, I see that I haven´t any oceanic transport at Shipping Lanen Box and I only have 3 oceanic transport with Farragut force. I cannot build any oceanic transport more, because the East is unplayable and the naval reinforcement pool is empty.

I think that the campaign´s designer forgot place a USA fleet at Shipping Lanes, with a padlock for it cannot be moved and only a half of $/WS received (1/2 for East Theatre and 1/2 for West Theatre).

I say it for can be repaired at next patchs.

Do you think this going to affect the tournament? Sounds like something pretty minor.

No, any error affects to tournament, because both player must play with both sides and if a side is beneficiated for some thing, both player could enjoy such benefit.

I only said it because I think that it can be resolved for the designers.
