New Orleans supply

Burnside has captured New Orleans and inflicted a crushing blow on the
rebs. The navy bypassed the forts at the mouth of the Missisippi. Will these
forts impede supply to my forces in New Orleans? Historically, the forts
were abandoned after the fall of New Orleans.
