Where Do I Get HQs?

I have a couple of 3 star generals but I can't seem, to form an army with them at the lead.

During the tutorial I seem to recall an forming an army requires a 3 star general plus a support unit and a HQ.

Getting a support unit is easy but where do I get an HQ?


I see replacement HQs availble but no place to form a reenforcement HQ.

Any help appreciated and TIA.


Ach...never mind...I finally saw them under the support category...I could have sworn that they were not there...I looked for them a couple of times. and did not see them..

You don't need another support unit, just the *** and the HQ.
