Has Division Availability Changed?

I'm playing CSA and running 1.09 with runyan99's leader mod.

I started the April '61 campaign and it's early August but I cannot create divisions. When I hold my cursor over the icon with an activiated leader selected the tooltip says:

"you can't enable divisional command for this leader, all of your 0 divisions are on the field"

It seems like before I as able to get divisions sooner than this, has the number and date available changed for either side?

It sure has.

You can't form divisions until October of '61. And the number allowed has also increased.

It took a little steam out of my early progress, but it was a nice touch I thought.

So far the patch and latest leader mod have been great!

Ah, good to know, thanks solo. It does appear the early strategy has changed. Ditto on great patch and leader mod.

It honestly only made me better, I feel.

I worked in a lot of feigned advances in Northern Va. I had read that divisions would be unavailable until October and planed my late September movements to have everyone in line to form up my divisions.

With the exception of Magruder not being activated, all went as planned and I took Alexandria as the first snows hit the ground in the East.

You have a lot to look forward to with the leader mod! A ton of great new faces/stats. I am in Late June of an April '61 CSA campaign, and it is great.
