Download lost...Hardcopy order placed.

A couple weeks ago i posted an issue with 1.06b which corrupted my install. My exe. and Control Panel listing of AACW vanished. I misplaced my burnt disc, it'll turn up, so i decided to purchase a new hardcopy directly from AGEOD. I know Pocus, even though he was on vacation, would have gladly helped me re-download but in light of AGEOD's OUTSTANDING support and hard work i would rather see my money in their hands for future projects.
I mentioned this "bug" once more just to make Pocus etc... aware of my particular situation and look forward to re-installing my game when i receive it. There will more than likely be a new patch by then as well LOL!

As a rule, always try to keep a backup copy of your download game on a CD, just in case . In worst case, we shall always help faithful customers.

I found out that i forgot to actually "burn" a disk but i had my download on a flashdrive. I am glad to have purchased a hardcopy anyways, for the cause...AGEOD, and to make my search easier next time .

Just a big thank you to AGEOD and Philippe Thibaut, for all the help. Got my hard copy in the mail yesterday. Thanks for being patient with me when I e-mailed you complaining about the time it was taking. AGEODs customer service is tops with me.

Believe me, as others will agree, you have earned it! This game is a classic and my hardcopy will go in my pc collection display cabinet next to BoA and the spots reserved for BoA Gold, Napoleons' Campaign's, Vainglory Of Nations etc... By the way, i didn't receive any order confirmation when i placed my order which was "approved". I don't remember if i did with BoA other than your email for my download code as i was one of the very first people to purchase Birth Of America.

I did exactly the same yesterday . Forgot to save my download before fromating my harddrive (shame on me). Still have an installed version on my hd. Good enougth until my new boxed version arrives
