Siege Surrender

Sun Jun 16, 2013 12:40 pm

Hi,
I have a fortress in Norfolk. The Union besieged my fort and I have a full supply wagon in it.
The turn was run by my PBEM Partner and my troops surrender. I was wondering, because in the Manual (Englisg 2.0 page 49) is written, that my units doesn't surrender if there is a supply wagon in it?
Is that page in the manual wrong? Did something change?

Much has changed since patch level 1.17. Please have a read through the updates file in you installation directory.

I am having the same problem.

I can not get a breech despite having mortars and heavy artillery vs. a prewar fort. I attack at 6 to 1 odds and get repulsed.

Getting a breech with 2 to 1 odds should not be that much trouble.

Breaching has only to do with artillery, supply and special leader abilities and not the entire power of the forces: Manual:Siege combat.

If you're playing against Athena, load her side of the game and look at what she has in the fort.
