Divisional formation

There's an old thread about this, but the actual information in it has been deleted.

does anyone happen to know when Divisional formation becomes enabled, especially for the Confederacy?

Answered my own question. CSA Divisional formation is enabled in the 1861 early October turn (turn 13).

Corp formation is enabled in the early March, 1862 turn (turn 23).
