Full and partial Mobilization

I am playing a PBEM with north side. As usual, I use full mobilization at the beginning of the war. I used to see, if I remember, 12 months not more to wait before recovering the availability of this choice.

Now, I have to wait 17 months !!! Is it normal ?


Otherwise, but I am not sure,few turn before, I think AACW passed my turn for this option (0 turns to wait, and XX to wait without selection from myself...).

As you can read, I really need explications about this option. I looked for in the forum, but I did not find.

If I remember well there is an error in the number of turns displayed and when you'll reach 5 or 4 the counter will be decreased in one turn to 0.
