Just purchased game, quick question please

I am in the USA, and just purchased the game and downloading now. Noticed the the file name ends in fren.exe. Is that the French version? Do I have the wrong link, or is it a multi lanquage file?

You can change the language in the options, but I don't think my exe had "fren" in it anywhere.

I believe English is the default option when installing. The usual shorthand is "fr" for French and "en" for English, so I assume "fren" is the French and English version - so I can see where the confusion arises! Anyway you definitely have the right link.
