Kentucky Invaded- Again! (BUG)

1.15, April '61 w/ Kentucky scenario, playing as Union.

CSA & USA both invaded Kentucky in September. Now, in the Late October '61 turn, CSA has launched another pre-emptive invasion. Garrisons were resurrected in Lexington & Clark, though, as these cities were in Union hands, they were outside. Several regions' rails were suddenly re-damaged. Loyalty did significantly increase for the Union. There was a downside, of course; the next turn, all the Union elements within KY had been reduced to 0 strength.

Of course, something happened that wasn't supposed to occur. I'm willing to post my save game, but I'm not sure which exact files you'd need, nor how to ZIP 'em up.

Ah, thank you, sir.

I think I'll be able to save the vast majority of my troops the cohesion/strength hit by moving them back North or on to Tennessee. Unfortunately, some have to be sacrificed to drive out the resurgent garrisons of Clarksburg and Lexington. The whole situation is, of course, complicated by the onset of winter. Not only are the railroads hindering my movement now, but I won't be able to repair them until the thaw several months from now. The frozen rivers pose a similar obstacle. If I do manage to extract my forces, it's still not certain that I'll be able to get them back in a single turn (and stymie any rebel thrusts). Still, as far as the long game is concerned, the loyalty boost should be very helpful.

Interestingly, when the "severe penalty" kicked in next turn, it was not distributed equally. The old Louisville Militia dropped to zero strength, but so did the new Bowling Green and Paducah Militias. The new L-ville Militia stayed full strength, as did the older BG & Pad. Militias.
