how do you form divisions and pay the administration fees?

Hi Red6li!

Welcome to the fellowship and Ageod Forums!

Since the patch 1.14 you can not form divisions until October 1861. Creating a division requires that the following resources are available:

10 money
1 conscript company
5 war supplies

These costs are payed when the turn is resolved.

You will also find later down the road that as the Confederacy you are limited to 30 divisions whilst the Federals are allowed 60.

I did try editing a couple of files and restarted the full campaign with KT but I still only had 30 which kind of disappointed my orderly mind but thanks to reading in the mods section, I believe I am sorted for my next campaign.

I also read some house rules on the use of divisions and corps and will start to use them.

Love this game - have stopped playing RUS for now as I see there is talk of a patch and figured, I would keep on sorting out those damned yankees until I can sort out those damned reds.
