Playing with the 1.13 patch, and I'm sure this has been answered ad
infinitum (but I couldn't find it in search), how in the ledger can I
access the leaders only? I did it once and now haven't a clue.

Since this last patch the ledger lists have two modes. One will list units (as previous versions) and the other stacks (new feature).
On the left side of the book page you will see a series of tabs than let you change between several filters.
Well, the bottom tab (blank) let you switch form the UNIT llist to STACKS list.
To check your leaders you first have to be on the UNIT ledger list selected and then click the tab with the appropriate NATO icon for leaders (check teh tooltips).
Also you can organize this results clicking on the different stats shown on the list and ordering the results according to this stats
(for example, click on the seniority of a leader to order all the leaders by seniority).
