How many turns a unit can resist (not disappear) after it has completely run out its supply?

It depends....

If a unit is complete out of supply, and has no supply wagon, and can get no supply form the region, it will disappear at once - so 0 turns.

But usually a unit can get at least some supply from a region, so in that case it might take a few turns. Supply is 0, and stays at 0, but at the beginning of each turn a little bit of supply is got, and consumed.
