In order to serve you best, for our major project Vain Glory of Nation, we need to know which screen resolution you are using (several answers allowed).

Thanks much!!

Basically, most screens are in these formats:

4/3 (old CRTs and some flatscreens)

16/10 (many laptops)

16/9

1024x768 when I play, but i reset mine for games as I don't see small type well.

My request is to make tool tips and other information a little larger, it's very hard for people with poor eysight (like me) to read the little messages.

Not on the list...

Well, not quite...

1360/768 = 1.77083333

and

16/9 = 1.77777777

so, Stwa wins on a technicality. :niark:

Sheesh, its not often, at my age, that you actually WIN anything.. :niark:

But, I think, I really meant, I had to check the "Other Box".

1280x1024 = native 19" LCD.

I wonder why 320 * 200 was not included in the list :niark:

2560 x 1600 on 30" monitor. Would LOVE to see games that take full advantage of a big monitor - preferably by showing more of the map.

AGEOD games does that. The higher the resolution, the bigger the number of regions you can display. The interface extends too, up to 1600 in width. But you need a rather buffy video card to display so much regions.

1280x1024, on second choice PC; when modding!

1680x1050, on first choice PC: when gaming!

...... I have a lot of files going from this last to first PC in the attempt to restore default installation, anytime something goes wrong with modding! :mdr:

This is good to know - I've been playing in ye olde 1280 x 1024 because it's such a 'universal standard' for games I play and everyone's interface seems to work so much better at that resolution...
