Will the new engine significantly raise minimum pc specs?

I'm curious... since I play mostly strategy game without heavy graphic requirements... Will mid to lower spec machines be able to operate the new Ageod games?

I don't think so, if your machine is 5-6 years old it should still be fine. Difficult to say. What is your video card and RAM?

My Ge-Force GTX 650 1GB ram is my concern; even current Ageod games are calling for 1 GB video ram.
(I have an additional shared 3 GB but I don't think that counts)
My other specs are not too bad but not really mid range anymore:
Windows 8.1
AMD 6300 six core 3.50 ghz
16 GB ram
