I live in the USA and see that the cost of AACW is 39.99 Euros... will my credit card be billed in USD ($54 as of todays rate) ???

No, 45$ roughly, as you pay only 33.50 euros (39.99 is with the VAT included, and as an American you are not subject to it) :cwboy:
