Ok, I´ll try

Some with poetic undertones (you can put Napoleon before):
- The Eagle in the Storm
- The Eagle and the Lion
- Dreams of Empires (and "nightmares for the common folk" could be the subtitle :D )

A couple more on the classic side:
- Empires in Conflict
- Roads to Glory (they did travel a lot!)

Animal themes:

The Bee, the Lion and the Eagles
The Eagles, the Bear and the Lion

The eagles represented Austria, Prussia and in first title Russia

Some very good candidates (IMHO sure). Also remember that if a title is a too obscure reference (for the general public at least), then that's a problem, we want people to recognize easily what the game is about.

is this a recent change? Previous AGEOD games such as Birth of America, Rise of Prussia, Pride of Nations and Revolution Under Siege all have titles that do not immediately or easily define the game. Rise of Prussia? I would assume Bismarck before Frederick the Great. The second part of the title can define the game. For example: "War of the Eagles - Napoleon at War".

We are not doing a 180° here, we always tried to have a title that spoke of the country or the leader. Rise of Prussia. Yes, it might be about the unification of Prussia, still there is 'Prussia' in the title. If you have a title like 'Dream of Empires' for a Napoleonic game, then this is just not giving enough infos.

I understand. Would references to eagles and other animals such as bees, bears and lions fall under the 'too obscure' label? If so, this will help the forum in proposing names, as these can be dropped.

Ok, then: Napoleon: Dream of Empires

There...I fixed my original proposal! Now I´m sure I´m going to win this whole thing!

I've always been fond of the expression "Perfidious Albion", as it is from the period and aptly reflects the rivalry between France and England. Besides, it has a nice ring to it. "Swords Around a Throne" from the tiltle of John Etling's famous book about Napoleon's Grande Armee would make a good title, as would "A Desperate Business" from Wellington's description of the Battle of Waterloo.

The each of these titles I would add the tag "Wars in the Age of Napoleon" to reflect the fact that not all wars fought during this period involved France (i.e. Austria vs Turkey or Sweden vs Norway).

Should that not be Liberté, Ordre Public (LOP)? Napoleon changed the motto 'Liberty, Equality and Fraternity' to 'Liberty and Public Order'.

The noble eagle being popular both for the Imperial standards and among various other contenders, and these making nice materials for cover art, I suggest

Call of Eagles

which resonates with the call of duty to these various symbols and nascent nationalisms. Nickname maybe CE or COE.

Survives a brief google search, and a Call&Eagle search in the US Trademark office brings up no conflicts, closest being a youth magazine named "Eagles' Call".

As for the ancillary subtitle to cue people more specifically, "Revolution to Napoleon" describes the era (if the Revolution is covered (just think of the 23 year campaign game!) while "The Napoleonic Revolution" describes what happened to operational and tactical art in the period. Or any of the good ideas above.

Sauve qui peut! also occurred to me, but seems like a downer.

All Sir Garnet, that.
