How can I download my games again? [solved]

Wed Mar 11, 2015 1:01 am

Hi everyone,

I've been a member for a while but I've never posted before.
My old HDD died at the weekend and I had quite a few ageod games, listed below, on it but do not have access to the installers for them.

Alea Jacta Est
Alea Jacta Est – Spartacus Revolt
Alea Jacta Est – Cantabrian Wars
Alea Jacta Est – Birth of Rome
Alea Jacta Est – Parthian Wars
American Civil War
Great Invasions
Napoleon's Campaigns
Revolution Under Siege
Rise of Prussia Gold Upgrade
Unity of Command
World War One Gold

They were all bought through the ageod online store or through ageod.com but the installers are not available to download again on the Matrix website.
I know some of the such as Alea Jacta Est are available on Steam with a free key from Slitherine but I would rather not have to use Steam unless it is absolutely necessary.
Is there someone I can contact to get the games again?
Thanks in advance helping out.

Noel.

You can talk to Pocus (he's off-line right now). Or you can contact the help desk people at slitherine.

Hi Noel.

Please contact me by email at pocus@ageod.net, so we can dig into the details.

Thanks very much Pocus.
The download links were sent through to me about an hour ago.
