do you know how to replenish unit with additional elements.
lets say - a legion then lost 4 cohorts. How to make it a full legion again? Or brigade with battalions.
I thought that having enough units replacement chits in a force pool plus putt the unit in a big city with passive orders would be enough
but it is not happening in the game against AI i played.
Is there a number of the replacement chits that need to be reached to have reinforce unit with additional chits?

It will depend on your settings. On some settings, your units only get new elements if in a depot (not sure about AJE, it's been a while since I played that).

Do you remember what your setting were?

I had historical atrition set and big city without depot.
With depot it works much better.
