Which one would you recommend?

Wed Dec 16, 2009 8:26 pm

When I was young, I had time but little money. Now I am older and have money but little time. That being said, I'm happy to pay AGEOD full price for their great games. My question, with so little time to play, which one to buy? I have AACW and enjoy it very much. If I was to buy only one more, which one would folks recommend?

Happy Holidays.

Hi, I own AACW, WIA and NCP and I have to say that I enjoy WIA as much as AACW, NCP is good but it lacks a full epic campaign like AACW, I would recommend WIA, it has the full war of Independence campaign and the full French and Indian war as well as various smaller scenarios.

Also Rise of Prussia is hopefully going to be released in late January, Ive read in the forums that it has a full campaign covering the whole seven years war, Im going to get that one as well :)

For now WiA. Great to get into, fun scenarios, regular updates and a lot to learn from too.
NPC had potential, but as it was already said, it lacks a full campaign. Scenarios are quite fun to play and if you are short on time, you can try it.
WW1 will be updated to gold version and it seems that it will be well worth the money if you dont already have the "original" version.
ROP will be great... just my feeling

If money is not an issue, then I suggest you get them all. I did and was never sorry for it. Great companies deserve support :coeurs:

+1 WIA here too. I especially like WIA for the wide range of scenarios, both in size/length and in complexity. You should be able to find something you want to play, no matter how much time you have available.

Good choice as I'd have recommended the same :-) ...
