Oh boy. I see that if I edit a message a link is now given at the end of the message that shows the different versions! Is this shown to everyone?
Is it a new forum option?

Once in a blue moon I have a quick rant before calming down and quickly make a less rabid post, will this no longer be possible? What if I edit the amended message will only the last change be shown? (I'll test it on this post and find out).

Also now will everyone find out how often I reread my own posts and correct spelling errors?

As far as I can tell, you are only allowed to see your own edits; other regular users will only see the "Last edited" message (as they always have), without being able to see those edits.

Privileged users (:siffle are able to see your edits. They (we) aren't very interested in spelling errors, though

Well I was hoping that as it is moderated you would realise that I'm an idiot and delete the post!

It seems only a few posts that are edited have this link put on so I wondered if they are messages that are being monitored (for a good reason).

P.S. Just tested this and if I edit the first post the link appears but if I edit this post no link appears. With other posts with the link it doesn't have to be the first post. Maybe it's a time thing.

It's a time thing; if you edit the post before too much time passes, you don't get the "edited by"-addition; handy if you discover typos and suchlike straight away.
