Another reason to upload your stuff to Mediafire and then just post a url link instead.
see:
http://www.mediafire.com (It's free and each file has a 100 MByte size limit)
It's not only a NCP modding pages trouble.
Attachments do not upload at other pages of the site too.
.....I'll try with
http://www.mediafire.com!!!!

Gary's theory of size limit trouble is good; how large is your attachment, and which filetype is it?

Just one more piece of information:
I'm using a traditional, slow phone-net line connection. NO wide-band ADSL.
Please verify there are not time limit to the upload!

Here is last update!
I have been able to upload at Ageod site using "Upload File from a URL" option:
http://www.ageod-forum.com/showpost.php?p=95540&postcount=2
I'm till unable to upload at Ageod site using "Upload File from your Computer" option.
It's to be evidenced I did not changed my PC antivirus and net-protection settings......So I guess something is changed with AGEOD site manamement.

But the upload troubles, that can be anyawy bypassed according to the terms I reported, I noticed a new problem:
When attempting to open AGEOD pages by "my preferred sites saved links" I'm getting a message reporting AGEOD pages are not accessible due to maintenence activity!
I was able to gain access only after addressing the AGEOD site home page and re-login!
........I cannot say if last days of none posting-activity at AGEOD pages, (I'm looking to NCP pages only indeed!), is due to this message that lets users think AGEOD site is off-line, rather than most AGEOD site registered members are enjoying vacancies........A thing I'll do too in late Agoust!

The trouble is that some parts of the internet have cached the old server address, and it is taking time for those name servers to purge their caches and retrieve the new address for the forum server. Therefore, if you have a direct link to something stored, e.g.
http://www.ageod-forum.com/search.php?do=getnew (which I use a lot) rather than
http://www.ageod-forum.com/ (which has an active redirect to send you to the new server at this temporary address)
As for the upload problems, you're the only who seems to have them, and we have not been able to recreate them (and thereby find out what is happening), so we're still in the dark about what is causing your uploads to fail
(Same goes for Arsan's attached image display problem

)

Do note that all the normal URLs will work again when the name servers do get updated.
I've been trying to establish how much time this can take at the most, but have been unable to so far. In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have your patience during the wait.

i think i solved my problem with attached images!
I did not saw the image on teh post, but a line with the attached file info.
Something like
Name: boston.jpg Views: 52 Size: 384.0 KB
If i clicked on that line another forum window pened and i was asked to introduce my login name and password. But that new widow has a different address
http://www.birth-of-america2.com/ageod/forums...
Instead of the habitual
http://www.ageod-forum.com...
After introducing my login info on that second forum address, now the images show automatically
Does it makes any sense?? Which is the new forum address and which the old one?
Regards!

This relates to what I've been saying above.
http://www.ageod-forum.com is the "true" forum address, but die to lag in the updates of internet name servers, we have to use
http://www.birth-of-america2.com/ageod/forums as a temporary forum address. I hope that this will resolve itself soon, making once again
http://www.ageod-forum.com the proper address.

OK, that's really weird, since there should be no difference for you between the two.
Which post is it that you have problems seeing the attachments?
