Why does view on map move to different location

Can anyone help me? I only recently started playing American civil war but while having a go on full campaign everytime I end turn, the view on the map where I want to focus on. It moves to different location, hence not being able to view the outcome, and movements.

Not to worry. The game focuses upon the place action is happening. What you can do, use the replay feature. Place the map where you want to see what happened, and run the video. It will stay in the area you want to view.
