I Really Feel Dumb..suggestions?

I've been trying Paradox games like CK2 and usually get lost when the tutorial don't go as planned.....Can you suggest an AGEOD game for an older gamer who isn't too bright?

My first AGEOD game was BoA, and it was imo a good game to take contact with AGEOD games. I recommend you to try WiA that includes BoA and more things, has a lot of scenaries of different difficulty.
And if you get lost here you have in the forum lots of people helping.

CK2... that's easy. Have lots of kids, murder your siblings, and declare war on France. ;)

As far as AGEOD games go, that's where they shine. Since they're WEGO turn based, it's easy to sit back and analyze things without feeling rushed or tempted to jump the gun. UI options are also limited but useful enough to allow you to focus more on strategy than logistics and tricky game interfaces.

Have any more specific questions, feel free to ask. There's tons of gamers here that know their stuff.
