I'd like to be able to use the 'building' icon even when no space is left.

Hi just a thought,
I max out the number of buildings a region can have and now the build icon is greyed out. I would like to be able to open this for 2 reasons; to access buildings that don't take a slot and to cycle through potential builds to help decide which building to destroy.
Thanks ... I'll understand if you've already considered this option and ruled against it.
