Legacy numbers don't add up in the ledger

Have noticed a couple of times now.
Playing as Rome, I lead in the table and the income column has me 1 point per turn ahead of the next faction.
When you add up the numbers in the rest of the rows, for structures, objectives, etc, mine add up corectly, but the next faction should have 10 points per turn more than me, not 1, as the first column is showing. Their numbers don't add up....
