Piemont changing sides working strange

hey, in my pbem game Savoy did change turns and joined Grand Alliance
yet only turin became GA city
moreover - Victor Amadeus is now duplicated - he is part of french army and he is Grand Alliance general
if it is supposed to represent how double sided was XVIII century politics i think it goes one Victor Amadeus too far...
