Warren Reg arrival captures Bristol for Royalist... wad?

Hi again,
Early March 1645 I call the Warren Reg. from Ireland. (playing Royalist)
Late March turn the Warren Reg arrives in Bristol which is occupied by a small Parliament force. The Warren Reg captures Bristol.
Is this operating as designed? Saves attached---- Might have to use bkup 1 and bkup 2 since I saved manually after the turn loaded.

Hi, this is not WAD, its an issue. Will fix it.

I have checked the logic and it looks ok but something weird happened as the event looks for region not enemy-occupied at the start of the turn.

Ok thanks for looking at it.... If I want to go back and try again what file from the previous turn are needed...
the back up folder has:
turn tag
.hst
Nue.ord
Par.ord
Roy.ord

Sorry for the delay but I have been out these days.
To restore a turn is the hst file. The .ord are orders files

this reminds me of a similar situation I had with Wallenstein capturing Prague for me in 30 Years War. I also checked that event and the logic seems fine .... it may be very difficult to figure out what caused it.
