I’m just finishing up a campaign game as Parliament and have a few questions:

Other than the Gain Support RDC, how can one shift an areas loyalty?

Does the Storm card work? If so, how?

edit: upgraded to 1.03 and the Storm card now works.

I was able to raise London and Southern Association troops. But, in spite of having 100% MC, over 51% loyalty, the required money and WS, I was never able to raise Northern, Eastern and Midland Association units. No matter what I did, these areas never turned green. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

edit: upgraded to 1.03 and it is now possible to raise Association troops.

Regular troops, infantry or cavalry raise the loyalty. There is a probability factor and, I think, a size of force factor.

I have never had the Storm card generate a playable region. So I do not know. I have had Northern and Midland units. I think it was fired by an option card

I think storm card creates breach- what I see from pbem game by using card-
I use def. works RGD for small loyalty.
