Please check mix of towns and counties .

There's a post in the Matrix forum pointing out strange language and wording on the game.
""
Product page:
"From Scotland to Dover, from Wales to Kent the counties raise their regiments"
That text is just plain weird. Of those places, only Kent is a county, and Dover is within Kent.

According to the Features section, Ireland is excluded (under "Settings") or possibly included (under "Game Map")?""

I suggested:"Can Matrix get someone who is probably a UK national - e.g. Loki or Hobbes on the Ageod site, to check for such strangeness which may not matter to some but just looks schoolboy howlerish to others.

I'll post this in the Ageod site too. "

Thanks

I would second that. That does sound strange!

I suspect that there are a few things that need checking by a native!!

For example, looking at the map of Kent in one of the screen shots Canterbury looks like it's on the North Kent coast! Which it isn't!!

We do have some native volunteers and they are already reporting these kind of issues.
The map you see is from a beta version, take this into account. ;)

Thanks Leibst. I am looking forward to this game. I suggested to someone at the English Civil War museum in Newark that they mention Pike And Shot. You might get in touch and see if they are interested.
