More than cosmetic, though I don't know exactly how it works. There's 140 battle scripts that impact the overall combat. How they interchange is beyond me, but there's some meat behind it.

How is the best way of declaring Peace with Prussia? I have conquered most of it, just Warsaw and Danzig left, but they are finished. Does it come up as a decree, as Austria did, or do I have to declare a seperate diplomatic peace? I ask here as I am using your mod. Thanks.

Once you own Berlin, Koeingsburg and Warsaw do the following:

1) You should have 200 EP for Dutchy of Warsaw. Do that event. If you don't have it, then sit tight at war with Prussia until you do.
2) Do treaty of Tilsit event.
3) Save up for Treaty of Westphalia event (aother 200 EP). This event doesn't really do as much as others, but worth it.

You can always do diplomacy peace but uncertain of the affects.

That is going to take some time - I have under 100 EP - spending it stupidly on other things. Prussia going to have to wait and bleed just a little more...

I created the Duchy of Warsaw, and gained the units in Warsaw and polish territory, then the next turn I did the Tilset treaty, and it all reverted back to Prussian territory? I did do this in Dec. 1806, and the Warsaw decree states in 1807 - so I am at a loss what to do. I reverted a save, just before I created the Duchy, before Tilset etc. Do you have any advice? Thanks.

Hold tight and let me fix and deploy a new mod. I had something in there to reset the Dutchy. SettleWhitePeace reverts all regions to original owner (including the Dutchy). I have something in the events to fix this,but looks like it didn't kick off.

If possible, can you send me the script file for the turn you fired Tilsit. There's an event to reset Dutchy. I need to find out why it didn't kick off.

Take this events files and download into ED/Events and unzip. Rerun this backup3.rar file that fires Tilsit. Duchy should be fine now.

I just double checked the results of backup3. Duchy of Warsaw looks fine to me. Not sure you need my fixes. What do you think is wrong?

Warsaw was left out of the Duchy "reset". It's in now. Apply this to ed/events, unzip, replace existing file and rerun your backup3 file. Let me know if it's fixed.

I found another issue in that reset event. It's duplicating the Polish troops being created. Sit tight until tomorrow.

Tomorrow, I'm going to apply April 8th patch to the Mod and deploy a new release. I'll have a chance to test out the Tilsit event (duchy issue) using your save file.

New Mod Release has been deployed, both big and small versions. This release does NOT have April 8th patch incorporated due to some recruiting issues that have been found in that release.

Changes:
- Production modified a bit
- A few event fixes
- Portuguese Events modified (see below)
- Wellington Events modified (see below)
- Peace of Tilsit event fixed so it doesn't wipe Duchy of Warsaw and doesn't double create Polish troops
- RGD Partisan cards fixed so they can be played on more regions

Portugal
- Anyone who invades Portugal can trigger Portuguese invasion events. Minimum dates of 1807/1808 have been removed
- Once Lisboa is taken, Portuguese troops will flee to Brazil
- Once Lisboa is retaken by Britain, a Portuguese corp led by Beresford and other British leaders will spawn in Lisboa
- Oporto will revolt if garrisons less than 20 elements

Wellington
- Wellesley starts the game fixed in India
- The Keep Wellesley in India event will now be turned on from start of game and does the following:
- Gives GBR 1000 VP
- Fixes Wellesley in Bengale for 192 turns from when option is chosen
- If the event is not chosen, starting in 1806, there’s a 25% chance that Wellesley gets recalled to London, is auto-transported and fixed in London for 1 year.
- If someone invades Portugal and Wellesley neither stays in India nor Goes Back to London, he becomes unfixed and available.
- If Wellesley is NOT in India (he’s been moved out) and Wellesley Goes Back to London has not happened, there’s a 5% chance each turn that Mahrattas will declare war on GBR and go after Bengale. This means that if GBR wants Wellesley out of Bengale before 1806 and the Goes Back event is not played, there’s a chance that there will be war with Mahrattas.
- If the Mahrattas declare war via diplomatic engine or otherwise, Wellesley as well as all British troops in Bengale are unfixed.

Full Installation
- Download ED.ZIP into Wars of Napoleon Folder (where the NGC.EXE exists)
- Delete ED directory
- Unzip ED.ZIP
- Open MODPATH.INI and enter ED (it will be empty). Save file and Engine will point at mod game files
- To play base game, open MODPATH.INI and remove ED. Save file and Engine will point at base game files

Partial Install
- Download EDSMALL.ZIP into Wars of Napoleon Folder (where the NGC.EXE exists)
- Unzip EDSMALL.ZIP, replacing all files that are already there

Well done. I reverted back to the old beta March 24th patch when I read the complaints. Can I carry on with my old save prior to Duchy of Warsaw and Tilset with this release? Thanks, and good work.

Waiting for the fixed beta patch now, and then will start a new campaign. I did try and run the old save after I installed your update, but I had a script error at the end of the turn. So I will wait until Ageod fix their patch next week, then restart. Thanks for your mod and time.

How is the status of spawning arti and supply units when I play the mod in single player? Do you see a way to fix this issue - and if yes, when? Pocus said in another thread this is due to AI and he doesn't seem to be able to fix this. I'm hesitant starting the game and after a few turns see dozens of wandering units in single player, and spanish arti units appearing in paris for example.

I can only change the game files - units, models, settings, decisions, events - and I can only use the commands that they've made available from the engine. The AI spawning is from the engine and out of my control. There are commands that I can issue to look for units in an area or theater, pick them up and move them elsewhere, but this gets very tricky. What if you WANT to be in that theater. It's impossible to know if the AI is spawning incorrectly or if the AI wants to be there. The event to look for units and move them won't be sophisticated enough to tell the difference as there isn't a command that can be used to figure out why those units are there.

There's probably more than can be done with the AI. You tell the AI where it's interests should be. I've already told the AI to focus on building infantry rather than artillery. I've started playing around with the AI interests. This may be used, I think, to get the AI a bit more focused. I'll look into it.
