Turn 3 posted.

@German Player: Make sure to use your Bombard Fortifications RGD on Liege this turn, and set any forces you want to move through Liege to Red/Red assault posture. Otherwise, you're going to bog down there this turn. You can also assault Namur this turn with any stacks you have set to Red/Red assault posture, but Namur will stop movement of any enemy units going through it, so be careful of this fact.

Message me if you have any other questions.

Haha Altaris that would be me, once again showing my lack of understanding. Will make sure to play the cards.

To the audience watching at home, in order to test the game and the balance I have played both the boats and cash to the OE and have my major diplo in the OE box, also will have level 2 subs ready once available and will hit the altantic box to draw in the US player.

As the Austrian player, I've been unable to deploy my second diplomat. It fails every turn no matter what country I select.

Also Russia seems to have three diplomats in play with minor nations.

Keep trying every turn, eventually you will succeed. Sometimes the DIPLO fails, which is again somewhat Historical considering that not all Diplomatic ventures were spot-on. I got lucky on the 3rd attempt.

There's something weird going on with RGDs in this regard. I need to spend some time tracking it down. Once they succeed the first time, they seem to be good to go, but even though they have a 100% success chance specified in the RGD definition, they seem to fail quite often on the initial attempts.
