Gabor Bethlen negotiations bug?

Either I've been really unlucky in my catholic playthrough, or the advanced Bethlen negotiations fail to work at all. It says it should have a 20% chance of firing, but I tried it numerous times for some 5 game years and it failed to work.

In case it might be relevant, I should mention that I've played through a Protestant grand campaign in version 1.00. In it, Bohemia fell as expected, but Bethlen never pulled out of the war. Instead, he kept on commanding Protestant forces throughout the campaign, way after his Hungarian cavalry units had been wiped out.

I actually (finally) had the card fire, but the choice is still there each turn.

Worked well for me (I think I used the card three times in total, so only one try failed), but ever since he left the war, the advanced negotiations card has remained available.

thats wrong, it should be removed form game. I will fix that.
