Installation not starting

My installer won't start. It appears for a few seconds in the Windows Task manager's "processes"-tab.
Running Win 7, 64-bit
Also, unless I deactivate Norton, Norton removes the installer upon download completion.

Are you sure of having enough disk space?
try executing as admin.

I have over 50GB free space on the relevant HD. And I've tried running as Admin. Same thing happens as when I try it the regular way.

It seems a full computer reboot and disabling all Norton functions worked. Yay!
