Game settings

Trying to change the game settings I get the following message - as I have the English version its wrong, and also why can I not change them?

Try to run the game as admin....

One might ask, why does one have to run a game with Admin rights??

Windows UAC set to restrict writing in the program files folder. Good ol' classical problem with a lot of games.

I have UAC on the minimum setting.... still no joy.

Ok reinstalled it to a Matrix folder not Programme files, now it runs fine. Good old Windows eh?????

Yes, good old windows...

I never install any game in the Program files folders.
