Tutorial - loading artillery on ships

I am following the tutorial and whether I drag the artillery in Stettin onto the ships on the campaign map or I drag them in the troop inspector I cannot get them to load....

It may be that the weight of the units exceeds the carrying capacity of vessels.
To me it works fine.

Its simple once you know, its not the unit 'counter' you move and drop its the tab for the unit.....
