the game is telling me that 3000 slesians are coming with the markgraf jagerndorf but then when i look closer they are only 2000 ,is this a bug or do you wanted that ?

The text should be fixed to 2000 Silesians.

Given how much official corruption there was in 17th century military procurement, the Margrave probably told people he was bringing 3,000, actually brought 2,000, and pocketed the pay for the missing thousand, which he used to add a new wing to Castle Jagerndorf.

^ that, or 1000 guys deserted or just didn't show up, but the low-level officers in charge kept them officially on the books and pocketed the salaries.
