It's the same as BOA, WIA and all the AJE games. Supply is produced in the region but is not stored or pushed on to another region like in TEAW, CW2 or RoP. Here if it is not used it does not mount up.
Hard, because there is not a lot of it around, especially in winter. :cool:

Just have a look here : http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?40427-SUPPLY-(How-are-those-tracks-working-out-for-you-)

Whatever the system, it doesn't "feel" like supply in any other Ageod game.

I'm really confused how supply is produced in TYW. Manual mentions supply chit (SC) production as follows:

Level 1 city = 1 basic SC (which equals to 5 supply points, 0 ammo points)
Level 2+ city = 1 full SC (which equals to 5 supply points, 2 ammo points) per level
Port = 1 full SC per port level
Fort = 1 full SC per fort level
Depot = 1 full C per depot level

In Kerms region, there is level 1 city (Budweiss), level 1 fort and level 1 depot. If we stick to what is in manual, region should produce: 1 basic SC (for city) + 5 full SC (for fort) + 10 full SC (for depot) = 16 SC. This number is twice as large as Current Supply Level of 8 indicated on in-game tooltip.

Similarly, Wien should produce: 5 SC (city lvl 5) + 10 SC (fort lvl 2) + 40 SC (depot 4 lvl) = 55 SC. However, tooltip say that Current Supply Level for Wien region is 35. I'm not sure how game arrived to 35 and what that number represent.

Budweiss should produce;

level 1 city (3) + fort (2) + level1 depot (4) = 9 Supply Chits if I'm not wrong. But can depend on loyalty and weather. In structures folder in TYW there are numbers related to supply and ammo production.

It is pillaged though so that means less supply is available.
As to how supply is worked out leibstandarte will have to answer that, supply might have been lowered for this game......

Thank you Baris and Ebbingford. That answers my question. Obviously, info about supply production in manual is wrong and misleading. I hope they will correct it as supply is critical in this game.

When you see a mention to supply level, then you are in simple supply system.

I havent picked up TYW yet, still on the fence, but assuming the supply system is like that in AJE, it is very important to check it every turn since it can vary greatly with the Seasons ( low in winter) and the terrain (low in mountains) and keeping a large army too long even in a friendly inland city can exhaust your supplies.
