Tool tip errors

Mon Apr 18, 2016 12:46 am

I noticed that "building fortifications" and "developing territory" only increase loyalty by 1 or 2% instead on the 10% the tool tip says. Is this WAD? They used to increase by the stated amount.

This might not be an error (now it can also be one, I'll leave to the design team the care of checking that :)

Loyalty changes are done in ratio. i.e if you have only 10% loyalty in a region, then that will be 10% of these 10%, so 1%

Well, I NEVER have less than 70% and I still only get 1 or 2%. Good grief, Pocus. If I have 87% and I build fortifications, it goes up to 88%, maybe 89%.

Somebody there needs to check the routine.

By the way, your customers are not always wrong.

Do you want me to build a spreadsheet and show you what happens, or does somebody there have the game installed and can check to see what's happening?

And yes, I know it takes several turns to show up.

I don't think I implied that I was always right.

About loyalty change, I explained it 'reversed'. If your loyalty should increase by 10% but you already owns 90% of the loyalty, then you get 10% of the remaining 10%. This might explain your fortification example.
