Why it's impossible to form french divison with prussian captured gun (for exemple) exempt with a Franco-german leader?

If I can use this guns in my french corps it's cause there are french artillery men to use this same guns!

Can you explain me...

That's more an engine limitation than a desired feature, sorry.

Yes it is an old issue but could you remove the feature totally for this game and just give resources to the pools?

For the naval units it is different but cannons, horses and rifles would be nice to just show up in the pools.
