The haitian leader has no portrait in the diplomatic screen.
The french get two partisan cards in 1805, but they don't have any partisan units at this stage of the war.
When I pass the mouse on a swiss infantry unit, the unit is described as a swiss commander (it can command swiss units without penalty).

For the partisans cards, they may be useful later (or may be sooner if France gets invaded earlier than 1814).
For the Swiss commander/instead of Swiss unit, it's a typo in the ability text. Will Fix
