Scroll Bar on Battle detail screen

I am using 1.02 Feb 4 beta version of the game. In all versions of the game, the scroll bar in the middle of the battle detail screen did not work. It was not possible to see the entire force that participated in the battle unless it would fit on one screen.

This is a small problem in the big picture but it should be corrected in future releases
